Pricing
Custom cake orders have a $200 minimum investment.Because every cake is individually designed, pricing is provided by custom quote and reflects cake size, design complexity, handcrafted details, specialty finishes, sugar flowers, and other custom design elements.A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your order and event date. The remaining balance is due one month before the scheduled order date.Delivery, Pickup & Cake SetupProfessional delivery and standard cake setup are available for $45 within 15 miles of Ooltewah, Tennessee. For locations beyond 15 miles, delivery is calculated at $1.25 per mile, round trip.Pickup may be arranged for simple, single-tier cakes. Tiered cakes or designs requiring assembly or special handling require professional delivery and setup.For venue delivery, a sturdy, appropriately sized cake table or display area must be ready upon arrival.Once a cake has been delivered and setup is complete—or once a cake has been picked up—responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer or designated recipient. Glenna’s Creative Cakes, LLC cannot be responsible for damage resulting from moving, handling, transportation, weather, temperature, or other conditions after that point.A photograph of the completed cake will be taken following delivery and setup to document its condition at the time responsibility is transferred.
